Strawberry Ricotta Mousse
Ingredients
- 400g Ricotta – drained
- 1 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 tablespoons Honey
- 250g Strawberries
Directions
- Beat all ingredients in a food processor on high for 1 minute.
- Scrape down sides, process a further 2 minutes or until soft and smooth.
- Decorate with whipped Cream and Strawberries.
